The Statute of Sumud has been aproved in rough by the acting Executive Committee of Sumud in its first sitting on 16 february 2008 and has been emended in the ensuing meetings on 9 march 2008 and 12 july 2008.

It has been registered in its final form at the 'Ufficio Imposte Dirette' of the 'Agenzia delle Entrate' of Perugia on the 9 october 2008.

At the present, the Statute is available only in Italian language; the English version will be available as soon as possible.
